Cottonwood Idaho Gift Shop & Roadside Attraction

Come Visit The World's Biggest Beagle

Dog lovers and travelers will appreciate this fun roadside attraction on US Highway 95 at Cottonwood, Idaho.

Dog Bark Park has been a popular roadside attraction since its creation in 2003. Until 2024, it was also a guesthouse where visitors from far and wide came to stay inside the World’s Biggest Beagle. Dennis and Frances, originators and owners of Dog Bark Park recently retired.

Their gift shop located adjacent to the big beagle remains open to the public on a sporadic basis or by appointment. In 2024 Frances published a souvenir book that tells the full history of Dog Bark Park, Sweet Willy, a Noble & Absurd UndertakingIt is available at their shop or
can be ordered here.

The dog carving photos below serve as a gallery to illustrate the scope of Dennis’ canine art made over the years. Since Dennis is no longer carving new dogs only a few pieces remain for purchase. Please inquire about available breeds by emailing or phoning us. As mentioned above,  our book about Dog Bark Park’s creation and history is available for order directly below.
